• Avoid cutting directly on concrete surfaces to protect the integrity of the surface as well as knives themselves. Always use a cutting board.
• Clean spills and messes quickly to avoid staining.
• Do not place extremely hot pans directly on the concrete surface. Use trivets.
• Clean concrete with common surface cleaners or a simple solution of vinegar and water. Avoid cleaners containing harsh chemicals and/or abrasive elements .
